Flora Chan Wai-Shan, is an actress active primarily in Hong Kong television and film. Along with Maggie Cheung Ho-Yee, Kenix Kwok Ho-Ying, Jessica Hester Hsuan, and Ada Choi Siu-Fan, she is known as one of the Top 5 "Fa Dans" of TVB from the mid-1990s to mid-2000s.
